Grassfed Beef Individual Cuts Order Form
Yolo Land & Cattle Co. grassfed beef is harvested, cut and wrapped in a small USDA inspected facility. It is dry-aged approx. 7-10 days to achieve the best tenderness possible. The meat is cut into individual cuts, vacuum packaged so the meat is visible, and flash frozen to maintain the best quality and freshness. See more about how we process our grassfed beef.
Each Package of Individual cuts varies by weight, your price is calculated based on the total weight of each package.
The time frame from initial order to pick up varies depending on the time of year and product availability. When your order is complete, you will be notified by phone or email to coordinate your pickup date and our location, our available days for pick up are on Thursdays from 3 pm—6 pm and on Sundays from 10am-Noon. Payment is due upon pick-up, we accept cash, check, Visa & Master Charge.
